String of Beads Shelf

This functional art tall shelf uses a simple repeated pattern inspired by the String of Beads plant. The White Maple background and the vibrant color of the epoxy inlay work together to draw the eye in any space where it is displayed. When accented with a live String of Beads plant, the transition from the geometric pattern of the shelf to the natural allure of a live hanging plant enhances its appeal.

I make these shelves based on demand. When you buy one and I don't have the color on hand, I will schedule producing it, and keep you informed about my schedule. Because of the process complexity, it takes a minimum of 8 days (for wood selection, blank preparation, epoxy cure time, final shaping, three coats of urethane, and additional urethane cure time) to make one of these.
