How to Order
What I do is a work of love and creativity. My focus is not on churning out cookie cutter manufactured products. I want everything that I create to find a home where it will be not only used, but admired as well. To that end, my ordering process relies on establishing a rapport between you the art lover and me the artist.
How do I order?
The website is young. Some items can be ordered directly on-line, but if you see an item that you like and there isn’t a way to add it the shopping cart, please contact me and we will start the conversation.
What can I order?
I will be happy to work with you if you have a piece or design in mind. Please visit my Gallery to see my past projects.
Can I customize my order?
Many of the items in the online store can be customized. But if you have an idea for a custom piece, please do contact me.
How long will it take to fulfill my order?
I do like to keep some fun items on hand for immediate shipping, but there will be time when I will have to build what you ordered. The time to process your order will depend on how many orders are in the queue, how much time I have available, how much customization is required, and other factors. I will always keep you informed about the progress of your order.
Do you have free shipping?
Most items in the online store include free shipping by USPS within United States. Shipping of large items is not included in the item price.
How can I pay?
By a credit card in the online store, or by cash if picking up locally.
Do you charger sales tax?
Oregon, where I live, does not have any sales taxes. Because I ship only a few items to other states, I am not required to collect sales tax of those states. Less work for me, less money out of your pocket
Can I get a refund?
Yes on items with minimum customizations that I can resell. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. There will be no refund on customized items.
